A leading conference and events venue is looking for a driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead a newly established team and drive revenue growth.
This is an exciting player-coach role, ideal for an experienced Business Development Manager or Sales Leader ready to step up, combining personal sales delivery with team leadership.
The Role of Senior Business Development Manager
- Lead, coach and develop a Business Development team
- Drive both personal and team revenue targets
- Build a strong pipeline through proactive sales, networking and outbound activity
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
- Work closely with internal teams to maximise sales performance and offering
About You
- 6+ years' experience in B2B sales / business development (hospitality, events or related sectors preferred)
- Proven experience managing and developing a sales team
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Track record of winning high-value business and managing complex sales cycles
- Confident, driven and highly motivated with a hands-on approach
