A beautifully presented Country House Hotel set within the Leicestershire countryside is seeking a talented Assistant Wedding & Events Sales Manager to join its high-performing commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Wedding Sales professional to take the next step in their career, working within a sought-after venue and playing a key role in driving wedding revenue and delivering exceptional client experiences.

The Role:
You will take ownership of the full wedding sales journey - from initial enquiry through to conversion and final delivery -ensuring every couple receives a seamless and memorable experience.
* Manage and convert wedding enquiries, conducting showrounds and building strong client relationships
* Take a proactive approach to driving wedding sales and maximising revenue opportunities
* Support the planning and coordination of weddings, ensuring smooth handover to the operations team
* Play a key role in showcasing the venue through wedding fairs, open days, and promotional events
* Work closely with the Sales & Revenue Manager on pricing, strategy, reporting, and system management

About You:
* Proven experience in wedding or events sales within a busy, quality-led venue
* A strong track record of converting enquiries into confirmed business
* Commercially aware, proactive, and confident in building relationships
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Experience with systems such as Guestline would be advantageous
