The Role
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food across multiple outlets, maintaining high standards while driving consistency and creativity. You will:- Support and lead the kitchen team in day-to-day operations
- Deliver high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Maintain consistency, quality and presentation across all services
- Assist with menu development and innovation
- Manage kitchen compliance, hygiene and food safety standards
- Train, mentor and develop junior chefs
- Support stock control, ordering and GP management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
- Background in high-quality, fresh food kitchens
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Passion for seasonal produce and modern cooking techniques
- Organised, resilient and commercially aware
- A genuine love for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
