A charming 20-bedroom country house hotel in Leicestershire is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to take ownership of all housekeeping operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead a close-knit team, set high standards and create a culture of excellence in a growing property.

What You'll Be Doing
* Leading a small housekeeping team with a hands-on approach
* Setting and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
* Developing team culture, expectations, and workflow processes
* Training, coaching, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional results
* Preparing for a planned expansion from 20 to 50+ bedrooms in the next 12 months
* Working closely with management to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

About You
* Proven experience in luxury country house housekeeping, preferably within boutique or country house hotels
* Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident in developing, mentoring, and motivating a small team
* Enthusiastic about helping the property grow and scale its operations
