The Recruitment Coordinator Role
Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and professional hiring process across our hotels. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and recruitment administration who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Head of Talent Acquisition across end-to-end hiring processes
* Coordinate interviews, assessment days, and candidate communications
* Manage job postings across various platforms and internal systems
* Screen applications and shortlist candidates in line with role requirements
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS
* Support onboarding processes, including offer letters and compliance checks
* Liaise with hiring managers across multiple hotel locations
* Ensure a high-touch, luxury candidate experience at every stageAbout You
* Previous experience in recruitment administration or HR support (hospitality experience desirable)
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
* Strong communication skills with a professional and polished approach
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems/ATS
* Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering excellent service
