Head Chef - Coastal Hotel & Spa - Bournemouth
£42,000 per annum
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established high-volume hotel in Bournemouth, for an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy all-day dining kitchen, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and a strong afternoon tea offering.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader to take ownership of a high-volume, fresh food operation within a popular destination hotel.

The Role:
- Lead and develop a motivated kitchen team
- Deliver consistent, high-quality all-day dining and afternoon tea
- Manage GP, stock control and kitchen costs
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
- Work closely with senior management on menus and service delivery
About You:
- Experience as a Head Chef in a hotel or high-volume fresh food environment
- Confident leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong understanding of cost control and GP management
- Passion for fresh, seasonal food and guest satisfaction
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
