We are recruiting on behalf of a stunning boutique restaurant with rooms in the South Downs, seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead its kitchen and shape a refined, ingredient-led offering.
This is a rare opportunity for a creative, produce-focused chef to work in a food-led destination with a strong emphasis on seasonality, sustainability, and provenance, supported by an on-site kitchen garden and outstanding local suppliers.

The Role
- Lead and develop a strong, motivated brigade
- Create seasonal, ingredient-led menus using local produce & kitchen garden ingredients
- Maintain excellent kitchen standards and consistency
- Manage GP, labour and kitchen performance
- Build strong supplier relationships
The Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Head Chef from a quality-led (Rosette/Michelin) background
- Passionate about seasonal, farm-to-table cooking
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Commercially aware with good financial control
- Hands-on, calm and quality driven
