Director of Sales - Build, Win & Lead from the Front
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £45,000-£47,000 + up to 20% bonus (paid quarterly)

This isn't a "sit back and manage" role - it's about leading from the front, driving proactive sales, and shaping a high-performing culture.
You'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, win key accounts, and influence strategy, while developing a team to think and act more proactively.

What You'll Be Doing
* Winning New Business: Proactively targeting and securing corporate accounts, group bookings and local partnerships
* Driving Midweek Performance: Building a strong, consistent corporate base
* Maximising Weekends: Creating smart, targeted strategies to increase leisure and event demand
* Leading the Sales Function: Supporting and developing a reactive team to improve conversion and shift mindset
* Owning the Pipeline: Creating energy, pace and accountability around sales activity and results
* Shaping Commercial Strategy: Using data, insight and market knowledge to influence pricing and positioning
* Raising Market Presence: Positioning the hotel strongly within the local and regional market
