The Role
As Operations Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel, ensuring seamless delivery across all departments.
You will:- Lead and coordinate all operational departments across the hotel
- Drive revenue through rooms, F&B and spa, maximising in-house spend
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring consistency and quality
- Lead, develop and motivate departmental teams to high performance
- Oversee recruitment, training and team development
- Manage budgets, labour costs and departmental performance
- Work closely with sales and revenue teams to optimise commercial results
- Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards
- Maintain full compliance with health & safety and operational procedures
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism
Requirements
- Proven experience within a luxury hotel operations role
- Strong background across Food & Beverage and multi-department leadership
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and driving revenue
- A confident, hands-on leader with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to perform under pressure
- Professional, polished and guest-focused in approach
- Solutions-driven with a proactive mindset
