We are recruiting for a beautiful boutique Country House Hotel near Birmingham, seeking a passionate and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operation of its award-winning Brasserie Restaurant.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-quality, guest-focused hotel where exceptional food, warm service and attention to detail are at the heart of the guest experience.

The restaurant offers a premium all-day dining experience, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, Sunday lunch and elegant afternoon teas, all built around fresh, seasonal produce.

As Restaurant Manager, you'll take the lead in inspiring and developing your team, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service while maintaining the high standards this venue is known for.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager within a hotel, luxury restaurant, or fine dining environment
• A confident and motivating leader who can bring out the best in their team
• A hands-on manager who thrives in a busy, quality-driven environment
• Strong focus on guest experience and service excellence
