Hotel Operations Manager
JWR is seeking a commercially driven Operations Manager for a quality hotel operation.
This role requires a strong operator with a solid Rooms Division background, focused on delivering exceptional guest experience and driving performance.
The Role
- Lead day-to-day hotel operations with a focus on Front Office & Guest Services
- Drive guest satisfaction, service standards, and operational efficiency
- Work closely with Revenue & Sales to maximise occupancy, ADR, and yield
- Support and develop the team while maintaining a strong presence on the floor
About You
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or senior rooms leader
- Strong background in Front Office / Rooms Division
- Commercially aware with a focus on performance and guest experience
- Hands-on, visible leader
