Food & Beverage Operations Manager - Multi-Outlet Hotel
JWR is seeking a hands-on, driven Food & Beverage Operations Manager for a busy, multi-faceted hotel operation.
This is a key leadership role for a strong operator who will be the face of the business, driving standards, service, and commercial performance across multiple outlets.
The Role
- Oversee all F&B operations across restaurant, bar, events, and banqueting
- Lead from the front, ensuring exceptional service and high standards at all times
- Drive revenue, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Be a visible presence, engaging with guests and the team daily
- Develop, train, and inspire a high-performing F&B team
About You
- Proven experience as an F&B Operations Manager or senior F&B leader
- Strong background in multi-outlet operations
- Highly organised, standards-driven, and hands-on
- Excellent leadership with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Commercially aware with a focus on delivering results
