Location: Central London - West End
Salary: Approx. £36,000 - £42,000+ (depending on experience) + incentivesThe Property

The Role
- Lead and manage the hotel reception / front office team
- Ensure exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure
- Oversee:
- Daily reception operations
- VIP arrivals and guest relations
- Team performance, training, and development
- Drive upselling opportunities at front desk (room upgrades, services, packages)
- Maintain brand standards and service quality

- Strong hotel reception background (4★ or luxury preferred)
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Driven, outgoing personality with strong guest engagement skills
- Commercial mindset → ability to drive revenue through upsells
- Basic knowledge in F&B is preferable
- Confident leading a small, high-performing team
