Location: Luxury Wedding Venue | Cheshire
Salary: Up to £45,000 per year + Bonus - 40 Hours per Week, 9am to 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday - Straight shifts

The Opportunity
As Operational Wedding & Events Manager, you will take ownership of the operational delivery of weddings and events, ensuring every celebration runs seamlessly and every guest receives an outstanding experience.
Working closely with the weddings, food & beverage and operational teams, you will lead the execution of each event, overseeing the full operational journey from final planning stages through to flawless on-the-day delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who combines exceptional organisation with a calm, confident leadership style and a passion for delivering luxury events to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team with the operational delivery of luxury weddings and events, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish
- Manage final planning meetings, confirming event details, timings, layouts and service requirements
- Coordinate with venue departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest journey
- Oversee event set-up, staffing plans and service delivery across the venue
- Act as the lead operational contact for clients during events, ensuring every detail is delivered to expectation
- Lead, motivate and support the events team to maintain exceptional service standards
- Ensure all events are delivered in line with agreed budgets, timelines and venue standards
- Resolve any on-the-day challenges quickly and professionally while maintaining a calm guest experience
- Maintain impeccable presentation and service standards throughout the venue
About You
We are looking for a confident and hands-on events professional who brings:
- Proven experience in an Events Manager or Operations Manager role within luxury weddings, hotels or premium event venues
- A strong understanding of high-end guest service and event delivery
- Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Responsibility to lead calmly and confidently in a busy wedding venue
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- A genuine passion for creating memorable wedding and event experiences
- Flexibility to work weekends in line with the demands of the business
