Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager

We're looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join a charming Country House 4-star hotel in Evesham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional to work closely with the Operations Manager and Head Chef, overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant, bar, conferences and events operation while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This role would suit someone with a strong 4-star hotel background, ideally from either a country house hotel or branded environment, who enjoys leading from the front and thrives in a busy, guest-focused setting.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting the daily operation of the restaurant, bar, conferences and events, ensuring excellent service throughout.
* Working collaboratively with the Head Chef and Operations Manager to drive performance across all food and beverage outlets.
* Taking ownership of conference and event delivery, ensuring weddings, private functions and business events run seamlessly.
* Leading, motivating and developing the food and beverage team to maintain high standards and a positive working culture.
* Monitoring stock, costs and margins with a strong focus on GP performance, particularly across the bar and food operation.
* Delivering exceptional guest service and handling feedback professionally and efficiently.
* Being visible on the floor and leading by example to ensure service standards are consistently met.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a 4-star hotel environment.
* Strong GP knowledge, especially in bar profitability, with the ability to work collaboratively with the Head Chef and Operations Manager on food margins.
* Proven conference and events management experience, with the confidence to oversee and run successful events.
* A hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
* Someone who can motivate and support a team while maintaining a high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Professional, positive and guest-focused in their approach.
* Must live locally to Evesham or within a reasonable commute, as live-in accommodation is not available.
