An ambitious, well-invested branded hotel with strong core rooms business and clear commercial growth potential is looking for a driven, relationship-led Sales Manager to take ownership of performance and accelerate revenue.
This is a visible, hands-on role where you won't just manage accounts - you'll shape the commercial direction, win new business, and elevate the hotel's presence in the local and regional market.
What you'll be doing:
* Taking full ownership of sales performance across corporate, M&E and local markets
* Proactively winning new business while growing and maximising existing accounts
* Building a strong local presence through networking, events and industry activity
* Creating and executing sales strategies that directly impact revenue and market share
* Acting as the face of the hotel - driving brand visibility, partnerships and PR opportunities
