I'm working with a stunning boutique country house hotel just outside Birmingham to find an experienced hotel Restaurant Manager with strong operational background from premium hospitality backgrounds.You'll be leading an award-winning brasserie delivering all-day premium dining including breakfast, lunch, dinner, Sunday lunch and afternoon tea, with full ownership of service standards and team performance.
We're looking for someone who:
* Comes from boutique hotel, luxury restaurant or fine dining environments
* Is a genuine hands-on leader who thrives on the floor
* Knows how to inspire, develop and hold standards in busy service
* Is obsessed with guest experience and consistency
* Wants a role where they can genuinely shape the operation
