We're recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations a vibrant and exciting dining destination bringing together the bold flavours of Asia with popular US grill favourites in a modern, high-energy setting.

This restaurant delivers a lively dining experience in a stylish setting, catering for high guest volumes, large bookings and private functions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident hospitality professional with experience managing restaurants of 100+ covers and coordinating private events while maintaining outstanding service standards.

What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within a busy, high-volume restaurant
* Experience managing operations for 100+ covers
* Strong background in private dining, events or functions
* Hotel restaurant experience would be highly advantageous
* A hands-on leader who can be supportive and develop a large team
* Excellent service standards and strong floor presence
* Commercially aware with experience managing labour, stock and GP performance
* Calm under pressure with a genuine passion for hospitality
