An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead the bar operation within a beautifully newly refurbished venue near Windsor.
Following a significant investment, this impressive destination is entering an exciting new chapter, offering guests a stylish and contemporary environment alongside exceptional food, drinks, and service. We are looking for a confident hospitality professional who can take ownership of the bar, inspire their team, and help establish the venue as one of the area's premier hospitality destinations.
This is an ideal opportunity for an accomplished Bar Manager or experienced Assistant Bar Manager from a quality hotel or premium hospitality background looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at every service
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop the bar team to deliver consistently high standards
- Drive service excellence across cocktails, wines, premium spirits, and beverage offerings
- Manage stock control, ordering, GP, and labour costs
- Create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere while maintaining impeccable presentation standards
- Work closely with the senior management team to develop seasonal menus, promotions, and events
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company procedures
- Lead from the front with a hands-on management style
About You
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or senior bar leader within a quality hotel, premium restaurant, or luxury hospitality venue
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, premium spirits, and current drinks trends
- Proven experience leading and developing successful bar teams
- Commercially aware with excellent stock management and financial understanding
- Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences
- Professional, engaging, and highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Package
- £37,000 basic salary
- Exceptional service charge (typically £6,000-£10,000 per annum)
