Assistant Hotel Manager - Boutique Hotel | Central London

A beautiful boutique hotel located in the heart of Central London is seeking a talented and driven Assistant Hotel Manager to join its leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-quality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments
  • Support the Hotel Manager in leading and managing Front Office, Maintenance, Housekeeping and F&B teams , maintaining the highest standards
  • Collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, particularly within Food & Beverage operations
  • Assist in staff training, development, and performance management
  • Uphold the standards expected of a 4-star (or above) property

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Rooms Division Manager or Hotel Operations Manager
  • Experience within boutique and/or independent hotels is preferred
  • Proven leadership across multiple hotel departments, including Front Office and Housekeeping
  • Strong working knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS
  • Solid understanding of Food & Beverage operations, with a focus on health & safety
  • Background in 4-star or higher-rated properties
  • Experience working in London is highly desirable

Important:
Applications will only be considered from candidates who meet the requirement of having 2-3 years' experience in a Rooms Division Manager or Hotel Operations Manager role, ideally within London.
