This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven hotel leader who can quickly integrate into an established operation, provide strong leadership, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining financial performance.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the hotel, ensuring operational excellence across all departments while driving revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction.
You will be an experienced people leader, capable of motivating teams, maintaining brand standards and delivering results from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire all hotel departments, ensuring exceptional guest service.
- Drive commercial performance, revenue growth and profitability.
- Deliver strong financial control, budgeting and cost management.
- Ensure brand standards and operational compliance are consistently achieved.
- Develop, coach and support departmental leaders.
- Monitor KPIs, guest satisfaction scores and colleague engagement.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver operational improvements.
- Build strong relationships with guests, colleagues and key stakeholders.
About You
- Previous experience as a General Manager within a branded hotel environment is essential.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of improving financial performance.
- Experienced in managing full hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage and guest experience.
- Passionate about developing high-performing teams.
- Calm, decisive and hands-on with the ability to make an immediate impact.
- Available to start at short notice.
