Are you a driven hotel sales professional with a career of winning new business and building long-term client relationships?
We're recruiting for an experienced Group Sales Manager to lead sales activity across two well-established hotel properties in the Midlands and South East. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving corporate, meetings, events and group accommodation revenue while working closely with senior leadership to deliver ambitious commercial objectives.

The Role
You'll be responsible for developing and delivering the sales strategy across both hotels, identifying new opportunities while growing existing accounts to maximise revenue and profitability.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Driving new corporate, MICE, conference, events and group accommodation business.
* Managing and developing key corporate and agency accounts.
* Building a strong pipeline through networking, prospecting and client meetings.
* Conducting hotel show rounds and delivering engaging sales presentations.
* Negotiating commercial agreements and securing new business.
* Working closely with Revenue Managers and General Managers to maximise performance.
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
* Representing the hotels at exhibitions, networking events and industry functions.
* Producing accurate sales forecasts and maintaining CRM activity.
About You
We're looking for someone who is commercially focused, proactive and passionate about hotel sales.
You'll ideally have:
* At least three years' hotel sales experience, ideally within a four-star or branded hotel environment.
* A successful career of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong experience in corporate, conference, events and group sales.
* Excellent account management and business development skills.
* Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
* A good understanding of revenue management principles.
* The ability to work across multiple hotel locations.
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between the two properties.Please note: Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
