Salary: Up to £45,000 + 10% Bonus
A significant 4-star branded hotel group in Northamptonshire is looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant, bar and events spaces.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced F&B Manager ready to step up into a developing role as Operations Manager who thrives in a busy hotel environment with multiple events running at once.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading from the front to deliver exceptional service standards across all outlets
* Managing restaurant, bar, and large-scale events operations seamlessly
* Being a visible, hands-on operator at peak times to ensure smooth running of the hotel's F&B departments
* Driving training and development across the team, ensuring skills, brand, and compliance standards are met
* Controlling costs across payroll, ordering, stock control, and minimising wastage
* Inspiring and motivating your team to create memorable guest experiences
