Mon - FriWe are looking for an outstanding Food & Beverage Manager to join a prestigious private members' club with luxury accommodation in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take ownership of the club's food and beverage operation, working within a sophisticated members' environment that combines exceptional dining, bars, events and overnight accommodation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hotels, private members' clubs or high-end hospitality, with a proven ability to lead teams, deliver exceptional service and drive commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day F&B operation across the club, including restaurants, bars, lounges, private dining and events.
- Work closely with the Rooms/Accommodation and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless experience for residential guests.
- Deliver consistently exceptional service standards for both members and hotel guests.
- Lead, motivate and develop the F&B team, creating a strong culture of service excellence and accountability.
- Manage staffing levels, rotas and labour costs to ensure an efficient and commercially successful operation.
- Drive F&B revenue, profitability and member engagement through effective commercial initiatives.
- Monitor budgets, stock, purchasing, wastage, payroll and departmental KPIs.
- Flexible to work weekends when required
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior leadership team on menus, service standards, events and F&B development.
- Build strong relationships with members and residential guests, responding proactively to feedback and individual preferences.
- Oversee the delivery of private events, functions and member experiences.
- Ensure all food safety, licensing, health & safety and compliance requirements are consistently maintained.
- Recruit, train, coach and develop F&B colleagues and managers.
- Conduct regular service reviews and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and profitability.
- Be highly visible on the floor during key services and events, leading by example.
- Work collaboratively with the wider hotel and club management team to ensure the operation feels joined-up rather than departmentalised.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced hospitality manager with a strong understanding of luxury F&B within a hotel, private members' club or similarly premium environment.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as an F&B Manager, Senior F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager or Operations Manager.
- Experience managing F&B within a hotel, private members' club or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, events and private dining operations.
- Experience working alongside or managing within a rooms/accommodation operation.
- A proven track record of leading, developing and retaining high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of departmental P&L, labour, GP and cost control.
- Excellent knowledge of service standards and luxury hospitality.
