Reporting to senior leadership, you will have overall responsibility for the successful operation of the business, leading all aspects of hospitality, people and commercial performance, including:

* Service ExcellenceAs General Manager, you will lead an experienced management team, inspiring a culture of warmth, professionalism and attention to detail, whilst ensuring exceptional operational standards and financial performance.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a hands-on operator who thrives on developing people, exceeding expectations and delivering an unrivalled hospitality experience.About You
We are keen to speak with experienced General Managers or Hotel Managers currently working within luxury hotels, five-star resorts, private members' clubs or other premium hospitality environments.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Proven General Manager or senior operational leadership experience within luxury hospitality.
* A passion for delivering intuitive, personalised service.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
* Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
* Experience leading multiple operational departments.
* Outstanding food and beverage knowledge.
