Are you an experienced hospitality leader looking to take charge of a thriving independent hotel with a renowned food and beverage operation?

We're recruiting a hands-on General Manager to lead a well-established hospitality business with a strong reputation for seasonal, locally sourced food, vibrant events and outstanding guest experiences.

This role is ideal for a manager with a strong restaurant and bar background, with rooms experience as a complementary part of your skill-set. You'll oversee a busy restaurant (45 covers), a large seasonal beer garden serving up to 400 guests, and a varied calendar of popular events, working alongside a passionate team to deliver memorable experiences.

The Role
* Lead the day-to-day operation across Food & Beverage, rooms and events.
* Inspire, develop and coordinate a high-performing team.
* Drive exceptional guest experiences and commercial performance.
* Work closely with the owners to support the continued growth of the business.
* Oversee the planning and delivery of exciting events throughout the year.

About You
* Previous experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager or Deputy General Manager within hospitality.
* Strong restaurant and bar management experience is essential.
* A cooperative, supportive, hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside the team.
* Commercially minded with a passion for exceptional hospitality and locally sourced food.
* Full UK driving licence and the ability to commute or relocate to the area.
