Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to join our prestigious luxury hotel in the Ipswich area.

The Role
As Spa Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and overall performance of the spa, ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional and truly luxurious experience.
You will lead, motivate and develop the spa team while overseeing treatments, facilities, memberships, retail, bookings and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of the spa, ensuring consistently high standards of service.
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of therapists and spa professionals.
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised guest journey from arrival to departure.
- Manage rotas, staffing levels, training and performance.
- Ensure all health, safety, hygiene and treatment standards are maintained.
- Monitor and drive spa revenue, treatment sales, memberships and retail performance.
- Build strong relationships with hotel guests, members and returning clients.
- Work closely with the hotel's wider management team to deliver a seamless luxury experience.
- Manage stock levels, suppliers and spa equipment.
- Identify opportunities to improve the spa offering and increase profitability.
- Ensure the spa environment consistently reflects the standards and reputation of a luxury hotel.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a Spa Manager, Assistant Spa Manager or senior spa therapist /hospitality management role.
- Passionate about luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
- A natural leader who can inspire and develop a team.
- Must be able to conduct massages & treatments
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of spa revenue and performance.
- Must be able to drive
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident dealing with guests and resolving any issues professionally.
- Knowledgeable about spa treatments, products, standards and operations.
- Professional, personable and passionate about creating memorable experiences.
