* A basic salary of Circa £70000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hotel General Manager to take the lead at a well-established branded hotel.

We are looking for a commercially focused and highly visible Hotel General Manager who can drive performance while maintaining strong brand standards and delivering an excellent guest experience.

As Hotel General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the property, leading the senior management team and ensuring the hotel achieves its financial, operational and people objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Full P&L and budget responsibility
* Driving revenue, profitability and overall hotel performance
* Leading, developing and motivating the management team
* Maintaining and improving brand and service standards
* Maximising guest satisfaction and online reputation
* Working closely with sales and revenue teams to identify commercial opportunities
* Managing payroll, costs and operational efficiencies
* Building a positive, high-performance culture across the hotel

Requisite Experience
To be considered for this Hotel General Manager position, candidates must be able to demonstrate:
* Current or recent experience as a Hotel General Manager within a branded hotel
* A strong background within the 4-star hotel sector
* Proven experience of managing a full hotel P&L and delivering against budget
* A track record of driving revenue, profitability and operational performance
* Experience of working within established brand standards, audits and KPI frameworks
* Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop and retain high-performing teams
* A good understanding of rooms, food & beverage, sales and revenue management
* Evidence of delivering consistently strong guest satisfaction and service standards

This role requires a hands-on Hotel General Manager who is comfortable being highly visible within the operation while maintaining a strong commercial focus.
