Are you an experienced hotel operator with a strong Rooms background, looking for the next step in your career within a well-established, smaller hotel operation?

We are recruiting for a Hotel Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a well-established hotel , working closely with an experienced Cluster General Manager.

This is a great opportunity for a Rooms Division Manager, Front Office Manager or strong Head Housekeeper who is ready to step up into a broader hotel management position.

The Role
You will take overall responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel, providing visible leadership and ensuring consistently high standards across the operation. The hotel has a strong management structure already in place.

You will report directly to the Cluster GM, who retains responsibility for the commercial and revenue side of the operation, allowing you to focus on people, service, standards and operational performance.

What We're Looking For
* Previous management experience within a hotel environment
* Strong Rooms Division / Front Office / Housekeeping background
* Experience managing and motivating a team
* Comfortable working in a smaller, more hands-on hotel operation
* Strong operational and organisational skills
* A confident leader who enjoys being visible and involved
* Someone ready to take the next step into a Hotel Manager position
