Are you an experienced F&B Manager who enjoys leading teams, driving sales and raising standards?

We're recruiting for an established 4-star coastal hotel in Lancashire, overseeing a busy operation across restaurants, bars, events and food service.

This is a visible, hands-on role with the opportunity to take ownership of the F&B operation and make a genuine commercial impact.

The Opportunity
You'll be taking over an established operation with a strong team already in place, allowing you to focus on:
* Leading, motivating and developing the F&B team.
* Driving sales, profitability and commercial performance.
* Maintaining high standards across restaurant, bar and events.
* Managing labour, costs and departmental KPIs.
* Identifying opportunities to improve the guest experience and increase revenue.
* Working closely with the wider hotel team to deliver a successful operation.

About You
We're looking for a confident F&B Manager or experienced senior F&B professional with a strong background in busy hotel operations.

You'll ideally have:
* Proven experience across restaurant, bar and events.
* Strong people leadership and team development skills.
* Good commercial awareness across sales, labour and cost control.
* A hands-on management style and strong operational standards.
* The confidence to lead from the front.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
