£30,000 per year - Straight Shifts | 40 Hours
Looking for better hours and a more predictable work-life balance? This would be a great opportunity for a Chef looking to move away from late finishes and split shifts.We are recruiting for a Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team of a well-established city-centre hotel. You'll take responsibility for the breakfast service, while also supporting restaurant and conference lunch preparation.
The role:
* Prepare and deliver a high-quality breakfast service
* Support restaurant and conference lunch preparation
* Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and presentation standards
* Manage stock rotation, temperature checks and minimise wastage
* Work independently while supporting the wider kitchen team
We're looking for:
* Previous professional kitchen experience
* A reliable, organised and hands-on approach
* Good knife skills and food presentation
* Level 2 Food Safety
* Knowledge of allergens and food safety procedures
* Breakfast experience is beneficial but not essential

* Straight shifts- 5 days out of 7
