JWR is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Hotel Manager to join a substantial four-star resort operation in Hampshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused and people-driven hotel professional to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a diverse, high-volume resort.
Working as a key member of the senior leadership team, the Hotel Manager will lead the operational departments, drive consistently high guest standards and ensure strong commercial performance across the resort.
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day hotel and resort operation across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary, Maintenance, Leisure, Spa and Guest Services
- Develop, motivate and lead a strong team of Heads of Department
- Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and consistently high service standards
- Take responsibility for revenue optimisation, cost control, payroll and operational P&L performance
- Identify efficiencies across departments while maintaining quality and service
- Implement and maintain brand standards, SOPs and operational procedures
- Ensure excellent standards of health & safety, compliance and sustainability
- Support property improvements, CAPEX projects and wider resort development
- Work closely with the senior team to deliver the overall commercial and operational strategy
The Candidate
We are looking for an established Hotel Manager, Operations Manager or Deputy General Manager with experience gained within a quality, full-service hotel environment.
Previous premium hotel experience is essential, with resort experience particularly advantageous. You will be commercially astute, comfortable managing a complex operation and have a proven ability to develop teams, improve standards and deliver against revenue and profitability targets.
