Restaurant Manager - 1 Rosette Dining - £38k + Benefits- Warwickshire
Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager who loves being on the floor and delivering outstanding service?
We're looking for a confident, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead a quality dining operation within a luxury hospitality environment.
Working alongside the Head of F&B and Head Chef, you'll lead the restaurant team and ensure consistently high standards of food, service and guest experience.
The Role
- Lead and develop a team of Assistant Restaurant Manager, Supervisors and F&B Assistants
- Be hands-on and visible on the floor, leading by example
- Deliver exceptional guest service and high operational standards
- Manage rotas, payroll, training and team development
- Monitor departmental costs and support budget and forecasting
- Drive up selling and commercial performance
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest feedback and maintain high food safety, allergen and H&S standards
- Support Duty Management when required
About You
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Senior F&B Supervisor
- Experience within a 1 Rosette or quality dining environment
- A natural people person with strong leadership skills
- Confident working the floor and leading from the front
- Commercially aware, organised and hands-on
- Passionate about service, food and developing your team
