General Manager - Interactive Gaming Venue - West London Areas - Up To 65k + Quarterly Bonuses + Career Growth
Immediate Start
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to take full responsibility for a high-volume interactive gaming venue in West London.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a confident, energetic people person who can lead a large team, deliver an exceptional customer experience and take ownership of the venue's financial and operational performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a high-volume operation with turnover of £80k-£90k+, ideally within a fast-paced hospitality, leisure or entertainment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the venue's day-to-day operation and overall performance.
- Lead, motivate, recruit and develop a large operational team.
- Build a strong culture focused on service, performance and accountability.
- Manage rotas, labour costs, productivity and staffing levels.
- Own the venue P&L and have a strong understanding of gross profit, margins and all key costs.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts and KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
- Maintain excellent standards across customer service, operations, cleanliness, safety and compliance.
- Be highly visible on the floor, particularly during peak trading periods.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints confidently.
- Work closely with senior management to deliver commercial and operational targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Venue Manager or equivalent senior operator.
- Experience managing large teams in a high-volume environment.
- Proven experience managing turnover of £80k-£90k+.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, including P&L, GP margins, labour, stock and cost control.
- Excellent people-management and communication skills.
- Has a good understanding of serving great food & drink
- A natural people Manager who is approachable, energetic and hands-on.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Strong operational discipline and attention to detail.

Package
- Up to £60,000 salary, depending on experience.
