Are you an experienced Bars Manager with a strong background in high-volume, multi-bar operations?
We're looking for a confident, hands-on Bars Manager to take ownership of the drinks operation across multiple busy bars within a 4-star hotel.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Bars Manager, Assistant Bars Manager or senior Head Bartender who is ready to take the next step and lead a busy, varied drinks operation.
We're looking for:
* Proven experience in a high-volume, multi-bar operation
* Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wine
* Experience managing large and varied drinks lists
* Confident creating drinks menus, recipes and specifications
* Strong commercial understanding of GP, pricing, purchasing and stock control
* Good knowledge of cellar management and stock rotation
* Strong leadership skills, including training, development and rotas
* Organised, commercially minded and confident working in a fast-paced environment
You'll take ownership of the drinks operation, driving quality, consistency, standards and commercial performance across all outlets, while leading and developing the bar team.
£40,000 per year, negotiable for the right experience, plus excellent benefits including hotel & F&B discounts, free meals on duty, free parking, training and development opportunities and incentive schemes.
Full driving licence and own transport essential.
