Executive Head Chef

c. £55,000 + Service Charge | Live-Out Bicester Area Oxfordshire

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Head Chef to take the culinary lead at a beautiful, high-end country house hotel.

We are looking for a passionate and creative chef with 2 Rosette experience, excellent kitchen management skills and a genuine love of fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce.

This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of six chefs, reporting directly to the General Manager and taking ownership of the kitchen operation across restaurant dining, weddings, private dinners and special events.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven 2 AA Rosette experience within a quality hotel, restaurant or country house
• Previous Head Chef/Executive Head Chef experience
• Excellent kitchen management and team leadership skills
• Passionate about innovative, seasonal and locally sourced food
• Strong experience with weddings, private dining and events
• Commercially aware with good knowledge of GP, stock and labour control
• Excellent communication and people-management skills
• Hands-on, inspiring and standards-driven approach
