The Role

As Head Chef, you will oversee the entire kitchen operation, driving exceptional culinary standards across the hotel's food and beverage outlets while inspiring and developing a talented brigade. You will work closely with senior leadership to deliver memorable dining experiences that reflect the hotel's luxury positioning.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Head Chef within a luxury hotel environment is essential.
• A passion for delivering exceptional food and maintaining the highest culinary standards.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing food costs, labour and kitchen performance.
• Experience across multiple dining concepts is highly desirable.
• Knowledge or experience of Japanese cuisine would be a distinct advantage, although it is not essential.
