The Role
As Executive Chef, you will have full responsibility for the hotel's culinary operation, leading a talented brigade across all food outlets, including the restaurant, bar, meetings and events, and banqueting.
You will drive consistency, innovation and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and guest satisfaction. Working closely with the senior management team, you will play a key role in shaping the hotel's food and beverage offering and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
About You
To be considered, you will have:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef within a busy Central London hotel.
- A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop large kitchen teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing food costs, labour budgets and departmental profitability.
- Experience overseeing multiple food outlets and high-volume banqueting operations.
- A passion for delivering consistently high culinary standards.
- Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- A hands-on approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
