We're looking for a confident, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation within a 4-star hotel in central Coventry.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy environment, takes pride in delivering relaxed but high standards of service, and has the experience to lead a department across restaurant, bar and events.
The Role
As Head of Department, you'll lead and develop the F&B team, ensuring guests receive a consistently excellent experience while keeping the operation commercially focused.
You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact through:
* Leading the day-to-day restaurant, bar and F&B operation
* Managing, training and developing the team
* Maintaining high standards of food, beverage and service
* Monitoring sales, productivity and departmental performance
* Supporting the achievement of sales and profitability targets

* Working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
What We're Looking For
* Experienced Hotel F&B Manager or strong Assistant F&B Manager ready to step up
* Background in a busy, high-volume hotel environment
* Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sizeable team
* Good understanding of service standards, training and commercial performance
* A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for hospitality
* Someone who can balance operational delivery with team development and guest satisfaction
