Are you a Head Chef or ambitious Senior Sous Chef working within one of London's leading premium restaurants and ready for an international move?

We are recruiting a Head Chef for an established, high-profile restaurant in a bustling city in Lithuania.
This is not simply another Head Chef position. It is an opportunity to take ownership of the kitchen within a vibrant, sophisticated restaurant combining outstanding food, cocktails, music and entertainment.

The restaurant specialises in contemporary South American/ Oriental Fusion cuisine, using premium seafood, fish and meats alongside Japanese, Chinese and Spanish influences. The menu includes dishes such as ceviche, tiraditos, A5 Wagyu and octopus, with sharing dishes playing an important part in the concept.
We are particularly interested in speaking with chefs currently working within premium, high-volume restaurants in London, Dubai or other major international cities.

The Head Chef
We are looking for a creative, commercially minded Head Chef who understands that exceptional food needs to be matched by consistency, pace and strong kitchen leadership.
You could already be a Head Chef or an exceptional Senior Sous Chef ready to take the next step.
Experience within Peruvian, Nikkei, Japanese, Latin American or modern Asian cuisine would be highly advantageous, although equally important is experience within a premium, high-energy restaurant environment.

You will:
* Lead, develop and inspire the kitchen brigade
* Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency
* Develop menus and introduce new dishes and ideas
* Manage food costs, GP, purchasing and kitchen profitability
* Recruit, train and develop the kitchen team
* Maintain excellent food safety and operational standards
* Work closely with the owners and senior management team
* Help shape the future food direction of the business

The Opportunity
For the right Head Chef, the package has been designed to make relocating internationally genuinely attractive.
You will receive a strong salary package together with visa/work sponsorship where required, relocation support and flights home.
The working environment is English-speaking, so you do not need to speak Lithuanian.
Most importantly, this is a business with ambition. There is genuine potential for the successful Head Chef to grow with the company as it develops further sites, creating opportunities beyond a single restaurant and potentially into a wider Executive Chef role.
