* Wider company benefitsAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join a high-quality hotel operation and play a key role in driving standards, service and commercial performance.
As Hotel Operations Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day operational delivery of the hotel, leading from the front and ensuring consistently high standards across the guest journey.The Hotel Operations Manager will have a broad operational remit, working across Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping and Events, with a strong focus on people development, guest satisfaction and profitability.
We are looking for a Hotel Operations Manager who can demonstrate:
* Previous senior operational management experience within a quality 4-star, 5-star or luxury hotel environment
* Strong Food & Beverage knowledge alongside wider rooms and hotel operations experience
* Experience managing and developing large operational teams
* A visible, hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for hospitality
* Strong commercial awareness, including budgets, payroll, cost control and revenue opportunities
* The ability to drive standards and continually improve the guest experience
* Experience working within a busy hotel with multiple revenue streams
* The confidence and ambition to deputise for the General Manager when required
