The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead the Front Office operation, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while driving team performance, revenue and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching and developing the Front Office team
Delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining the highest operational standards
Managing departmental performance, budgets and payroll costs
Driving room revenue, occupancy and upselling opportunities
Supporting recruitment, training, succession planning and employee development
Ensuring compliance with health & safety, brand standards and company procedures
Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
Acting as Duty Manager when required and supporting the wider hotel operation
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous Front Office Management experience within a quality hotel environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Commercial awareness with experience managing departmental performance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, hands-on management style
The ability to motivate, develop and inspire a high-performing team
