Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience.

• Handling reservations, guest enquiries, and telephone calls efficiently.

• Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records.

• Assisting guests with requests and providing information about the hotel and local area.

• Working closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience working on a hotel reception is essential.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including occasional night shifts when required.

• A valid Right to Work in the UK is essential.
