* An opportunity to sculpt the levels of service in your own fashion.We are recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager for a stunning luxury hotel, offering an excellent opportunity to lead a high-quality restaurant operation within a prestigious property.
As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional standards of service and creating a memorable dining experience for every guest.
The Restaurant Manager will lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team, working closely with the Executive Chef and wider hotel management team to deliver a seamless food and beverage operation.Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading the restaurant operation and maintaining consistently high service standards
* Managing, training and developing a professional front-of-house team
* Creating a warm, polished and engaging guest experience
* Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure excellent communication between front and back of house
* Managing rotas, labour costs and departmental controls
* Driving revenue through strong product knowledge, upselling and attention to the guest journey
* Handling guest feedback professionally and proactively
* Ensuring the restaurant consistently reflects the standards expected of a luxury hotelThe successful Restaurant Manager will ideally have previous experience within a luxury hotel, quality independent restaurant or similar high-end hospitality environment.
You will be a confident and visible Restaurant Manager who enjoys being on the floor, engaging with guests and leading the team from the front. Strong knowledge of food, wine and luxury service standards is essential, alongside the ability to develop a team and create a genuine culture of hospitality.
This would particularly suit a Restaurant Manager with experience of Rosette, Michelin, luxury country house hotel or comparable quality-led restaurant operations.
