General Manager - Live Music & Sports Bar - Up To 55k + Service - West End Areas

We're looking for an energetic and commercially driven General Manager to lead a high-volume live music and sports bar in the heart of the West End.

This is a fast-paced venue combining live music, major sporting events, premium drinks, cocktails and exceptional hospitality. We're looking for a proven operator who thrives in a busy environment and knows how to create an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

The Role

As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation, commercial performance and team of the venue.

You will be responsible for:

• Driving sales, profitability and overall venue performance.
• Leading, motivating and developing a large front and back-of-house team.
• Managing high-volume trading across live music, sporting events and peak periods.
• Delivering exceptional guest service and creating an energetic atmosphere.
• Driving premium drinks and cocktail sales through strong service and team engagement.
• Managing P&L, GP, labour costs, stock and operational budgets.
• Recruiting, training and developing a strong management team.
• Planning and executing live events, sports fixtures and promotional activity.
• Maintaining excellent operational, licensing, health & safety and compliance standards.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume pub, bar or late-night venue.
• Experience in a similar bar/pub is essential
• Strong experience leading and developing teams.
• A proven commercial track record with excellent P&L and labour management skills.
• A genuine passion for live music, sport, drinks and hospitality.
• Experience working with premium drinks and cocktails.
• The energy and confidence to lead a busy West End operation.
• A hands-on management style and strong presence on the floor.
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Previous West End or central London experience would be highly desirable.
