General Manager - Opportunity:

The Employer seeking to appoint a General Manager:
- An international hotel operator with a large portfolio of hotels recognised for excellence within the major brands.
- A group that recognises talent and performance with acclaim and reward.
The Essential General Manager Skills:
- You will be able to demonstrate a reasoned career within UK Hotels as General Manager or an Operations manager with the commercial acumen to make the next step.
- Good longevity in service with sound references to support your career.
- Commercially astute you will be able to evidence where you have influenced both top and bottom-line performance.
- Experience within recognised brands and knowledge of associated systems and software is essential.
The General Manager Package / Benefits / Opportunities:
- A General Managers basic salary of Circa £40'000
- Bonus package of between 20/30%
