We're looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to work for our client based in the Marlow area
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of managing a 60-80 cover offering within a luxury hotel environment.

The Role:
As the Restaurant Manager you'll report to the Director of Food and Beverage and will be primarily responsible for The restaurant and room service.You will also assist with promotion and menu planning, drive revenue and liaise with other members of hotel team to successfully execute food and beverage operations. You will also strive to ensure guest satisfaction is achieved while maintaining the operational budget.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Building and managing the team and delivering their job satisfaction through effective people management and training
- Delivering exceptional guest care in a warm knowledgeable and engaging manner
- Maintaining and enhancing the guest experience through a natural hands on approach to service
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Restaurant Manager role will have relevant experience of managing an award wining food offering within a luxury hotel environment.
You'll also need experience of:
- Building and managing a team to ensure the guest experience is second to none
- Delivering strong results through the effective setting and monitoring of performance goals for your teams
- Managing restaurants in luxury hotels or stand alone award wining restaurants in the UK
In addition, it's essential that you possess the following:
- A track record in operating quality full service hotels
- A strong understanding of budgets and control of costs
- Passion for excellent customer care
You'll also need to be able to take control of the business whilst developing the team to deliver excellent standards of service to guests and be a resilient manager who can not only think on your feet but also not lose track of long term goals.
