Our client is a luxury hotel with a rosette fine dining Restaurant and are currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
The property has a fantastic reputation of creating delicious and award-winning food and is known as one of the best Restaurants in the Northampton area.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Team Leader to support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operation of this 20-seater restaurant.
The Restaurant is very popular with residents serving modern British Cuisine at 3 Rosette level and is a very popular destination for lunch and dinner from Thursday to Sunday. Additional duties will be given for the rest of the week within F&B department.

Role Criteria
* The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager will have previous Rosette or fine dining experience or worked within quality restaurants
* You must be competent of running a fine dining restaurant and manage a team.
* Proven experience of taking orders, working with the kitchen team, with good knowledge of room set up and preparation of the restaurant.
* You must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively
* The successful candidate will have at least 2 / 3 years supervisory experience within a similar operation
