An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Of Marketing to join an independent lifestyle restaurant company in the heart of the West End The client is proud of their strong customer relationships and friendly atmosphere and are looking for experienced Head Of Marketing who can meet the high standards of the client. Due to the demand to servicing their discerning clients and major expansion plans, they are looking for like minded individuals who have worked in a similar hospitality Head Of Marketing role to join their team on a permanent basis.
Job Description
As Head Of Marketing you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns including digital
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
- Promotional activities including app, website, PR, digital and print
- Managing a small team
- Overseeing and influencing external partners
- Delivery of monthly board meeting reports
- Working alongside the graphic designers
- Understanding the UK and trading environment
- Have a similar restaurant or hospitality marketing background
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
- Writing and proofreading creative copy
- Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation's culture
- Monitoring performance
- Managing campaigns on social media.
The Ideal candidate will be:
- MUST have experienced in a similar marketing role within hospitality preferably restaurants
- Be able to work within a small team and individually
- Work towards sales targets set by the sales and events team
- Be able to work in a high demanding environment
- Being able to act upon different situations in a precise and professional manner
- Able to follow clear instructions
- Be commercially aware
- Good telephone manners
- Used to dealing with reports
- Being proactive and being able to think on their feet
- Used to dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority
The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in a similar Marketing Manager or above role.
