Description

Maintenance Manager - 4* Grade 2 Listed Hotel - Surrey / North Hampshire Border - to £55K (Neg ) + Company Pension + Bonus.

My client is a leading historic 70bed 4* listed leisure hotel, part of a small chain currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager to head up the Facilities & Engineering department of 8, reporting to the General Manager - the position would suit a strong Maintenance, Facilities Manager or Chief Engineer with 3-5yrs experience and good Health & Safety and Water Hygiene experience.

The successful applicant will be hands on and involved in general maintenance, H&S, water hygiene & treatment,works and have a strong background with hotels across electrical, AC and plumbing and some project work.
